Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

If the order has already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

 2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

Prepaid Orders:* Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
COD Orders:* No refund applicable if no advance payment was made.

Refunds are usually processed within *5–10 business days*, depending on the bank or payment provider.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

* Orders already shipped or out for delivery
* Customized or altered products
* Fall/Pico completed products
* Bulk or special orders
* Limited-time sale / promotional orders (subject to review)

 4. Cancellation by Leora Threads

Leora Threads reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

* Product out of stock
* Pricing or listing error
* Incomplete customer information
* Payment issues
* Suspected fraudulent activity
* Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed in full.
