    Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    During festive seasons, sale periods, or high-order volume days, dispatch may take slightly longer.

   Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  Within Karnataka:  2–5 business days
  Rest of India:  3–7 business days
  Remote / Rural Areas * 5–10 business days

  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability,    weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays.

5. Delivery Attempts

   Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to:

  * Customer unavailable
  * Incorrect phone number
  * Refused delivery

  The parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

  Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:

  * PIN Code

   Leora Threads is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details.

 7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

 If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to assist you.

  If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

 8. Damaged Package on Delivery

 If the outer package appears damaged or tampered:

 * Record an unboxing video
 * Take clear photos
 * Contact us within *24 hours of delivery*

  This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

9. International Shipping

  Currently, Leora Threads may ship only within India unless otherwise announced.
