At Leora Threads, we take great care in delivering quality sarees with elegance and trust. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
* Product received is damaged during transit
* Wrong product received
* Manufacturing defect found on arrival
* Item missing from the order
To be eligible:
* Request must be raised within *48 hours of delivery*
* Product must be *unused, unwashed, unworn*
* Original tags, packaging, blouse piece, accessories, and invoice must be intact
* Clear unboxing photos/videos may be required for verification
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
* Sarees used, washed, altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery
* Minor color differences due to screen settings/photography
* Slight weaving irregularities, handloom variations, thread pulls, zari inconsistencies, or handcrafted marks that are natural characteristics
* Sale, clearance, festive offers, discounted, or promotional purchases (unless damaged/wrong item received)
* Customized or fall/pico altered products
3. Exchange Policy
* Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.
* If the same product is unavailable, store credit or alternate product selection may be offered.
* Exchange shipping charges may apply in some cases.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
* Replacement is unavailable
* Wrong item delivered and exchange not preferred
* Order cancelled by Leora Threads before dispatch
* Approved return qualifies for refund
Refund method:
* Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
* COD orders: refunded via bank transfer / UPI after details are shared
Refund timeline: *5–10 business days* after approval (bank/payment gateway timelines may vary).
5. Order Cancellation
* Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
* Once packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
